  • If the lid is made for a standard half sheet rimmed baking pan like ours, most standard lids should fit these baking pans as well.

  • The rack can easily hold a 12-15 lb. turkey or any other meat. The rack is reinforced with a thick outer frame and 6 feet for added support so that it can easily hold a 12-15 lb. turkey or any other meat.

  • These baking pans are made of natural aluminum and do not have a non stick coating. Unlike teflon or non stick coatings that peel and rust, these baking pans are made of a non-porous aluminum which provides for a natural non-stick performance.

  • The baking pan and rack can handle the same high temperatures as the baking pan of up to 500*F / 260*C
