How long should I wait before using the mattress?

For the best support and fit, we recommend waiting 24 to 48 hours after unpacking. This allows the foam to fully decompress from its shipping state and reach its optimal size. Using it too early may lead to an improper fit.
My mattress hasn't fully expanded after 24 hours in winter, is it defective?

Cold weather can make foam "stiff," slowing recovery. If expansion is slow in winter, move the mattress to a warm room. The warmth helps it quickly reach its full, safe dimensions.
Why is the mattress only 1.28-inch thick?

Safety first! CPSC (16 CFR 1241) strictly limits playard mattresses to under 1.5 inches to prevent suffocation. Our 1-inch high-density foam provides optimal firm support while staying 100% compliant with federal safety laws.
