• CHOOSE THE RIGHT TREAT SIZE: Use only dry, non-sticky treats smaller than 1/2 inch (12.7 mm), measured at their widest point. Do not use standard 1/2-inch-or-larger gumballs. Treats are not included.
• AVOID STICKY OR MELTABLE FOODS: Do not use gummies, raisins, uncoated chocolate, yogurt-covered treats, or other sticky foods. Appropriate options include uniformly sized mini gumballs, hard candy-coated chocolate, small hard candies, nuts with no shells, and dry pet treats under 1/2 inch.
• EASY TO USE - DISPENSE WITHOUT COINS: Fill the dispenser through the opening on the back, turn the silver knob, and collect treats from the bottom receiving cup. If a treat catches, gently jiggle the knob or turn it counterclockwise. Never force the knob.
• CONFIRM THE SIZE BEFORE ORDERING: Measures 15 inches high × 12 inches wide × 2 inches deep and holds approximately 4 cups by volume. It has the footprint of a large picture frame with a slim 2-inch depth.
• READY TO DISPLAY: Arrives assembled with a built-in tabletop stand as well as two screws and two plastic wall anchors for mounting on the wall. Clean with mild dish soap and water, rinse thoroughly, and air-dry completely for approximately 24 hours. Do not use ammonia or harsh cleaners.
