The OXO Brew Cordless Glass Electric Kettle combines modern design with practical performance for everyday boiling needs. With a generous 1.75‑liter capacity, it heats water quickly and automatically shuts off once boiling is complete. The durable borosilicate glass body resists thermal shock while offering a clear view of the water as it heats, and an illuminated power switch lets you know when it's ready to pour. A soft‑open lid helps control steam release as the cord-free pitcher is easily lifted from the swivel base. Plus, measurement markings make it simple to add the right amount of water. The removable stainless steel filter can be easily cleaned with a soft brush. To clean the kettle, simply lift it from the base, rinse it out, and wipe the outside with a damp cloth. Keep the base dry and, if necessary, wipe with a dry cloth. Do not put any parts of this appliance in the dishwasher. Designed for ease, safety and everyday use, this kettle fits seamlessly into daily tea, coffee and cooking routines.
