- NOTE: Make sure the frozen ingredients in the pint are perfectly flat! If it is not flat, the blades may be damaged and may come off the lid during mixing; do not load too low (or too high) or the paddles will not work properly; the blades are sharp, be careful when handling
NOTE:
1). Please ensure the frozen ingredients in the pints are TOTALLY FLAT! If it's NOT flat, you may DAMAGE the blade and it also will be possible to fall off the cap during mixing.
2). Place your pints on the counter for a while before mixing in case of the frozen contents are just too hard for the blade to penetrate!
3). Don't fill the pints too low/ high, or the paddle will not work correctly.
