This Leviton SureSlide dual fan and light control is designed for use with ceiling fans that include lighting, with separate slide controls for fan speed and light dimming. The single‑pole control is designed to dim LED bulbs and also works with incandescent, halogen, and CFL bulbs, rated up to 150 watts for dimmable LED and CFL, 300 watts for incandescent, and 1.5 amps for fan control at 120 volts. An adjustment switch allows the minimum light level to be set to help improve dimming performance if flickering occurs. Special circuitry helps reduce fan motor noise at low speeds, with selectable low, medium, or high fan settings. Wallplate sold separately.
