• NOTE OF WARMING MAT FOR SOURDOUGH STARTER: Due to heat exchange between the dough heating pad and the surrounding environment, when setting the temperature, the controller reading may be 5-15 degrees higher than the desired temperature. This allows the heating pad to more effectively reach the required temperature
