Product Description

For jobs too big for a knife but too small for a Mandolin, the Large hand-held mandolin slicer is just right. The angled stainless steel blade easily cuts through tough skins and creates even, uniform slices in 7 thicknesses. Select between 1mm and 4mm in half-millimeter increments using the adjustable dial. The wide ramp accommodates both small and Large vegetables and is textured to keep food from sticking.
